Montreal’s offensive struggles continued this past week but a better outing on Saturday coupled with Carey Price’s return at least salvaged a win. In Laval, their offensive struggles continued as well but they weren’t as fortunate as they lost all three of their games.

After missing three weeks with a knee injury, the Habs will have Carey Price back in the lineup on Saturday night. They have also returned Charlie Lindgren to Laval of the AHL.
While it’s far from the big move many are hoping for, the Habs did make a small deal on Thursday as they traded centre Torrey Mitchell to Los Angeles in exchange for a conditional draft pick in 2018.
