It was a week to forget for the Habs, as a consistent lack of effort led to the team losing 3 of 4 games, all of which were within their division.
Despite really only showing up for just one game this week, the Habs managed to win 2 of 3, keeping pace with the Sens for top spot in the division.
Despite scoring only 5 goals the entire week, the Habs managed to win 2 of 3, and were only minutes away from making a clean sweep.
With the strong start to the 2007-08 campaign, there are no shortage of items to discuss when it comes to the Montreal Canadiens.
After last week’s impressive offensive display, it was surprising to see a lack of timely scoring do the Habs in this week.

With training camp now a little over half done, there are some interesting stories emerging – can Carey Price be the starter, who’s the odd man out on defence, what, if any rookies will make the club, and so on.
