Although the Habs were unable to sign a replacement for Thomas Vanek via the free agent market, they did add an offensive right winger in P-A Parenteau in late June.
There were some nervous moments but the Habs and P.K. Subban were able to put pen to paper on an eight year, $72 million deal over the weekend.

Strengths: He’s a smooth skater with strong passing abilities. He can log big minutes and knows when to pinch offensively.
Lars Eller’s four year, $14 million deal has been somewhat of a controversial one among the fan base.
