Grading the 2017 Draft Class

The Habs didn’t make any big splashes in terms of trades at the draft but they still wound up making seven picks in total, including five in the top three rounds. Let’s take a closer look at each and give an early grade to the draft class of 2017.

Day 2 of the 2017 Draft

The Habs were busy early on in the second day of the 2017 draft as they made two picks in both the second and third rounds. They had six picks in total after making a late trade with Philadelphia. Here is a breakdown of their selections.

The 2017 NHL Entry Draft will be held at the United Center in Chicago this coming Friday and Saturday. As is our annual tradition, here is HabsWorld’s official mock draft.
