The Montreal Canadiens will look to build on their win against Phoenix as they face the Nashville Predators this Saturday night.
In what might be Montreal’s last game in Phoenix, they were able to gain their first regulation win since October 22 against the New York Islanders.
The Canadiens embark on a brief two game road trip starting tonight in Phoenix. Montreal goes into this evening with a 8-10-0 record putting them in 11th place in the Eastern Conference and currently out of a playoff spot.
The Montreal Canadiens will look to halt their one-game losing skid as they face the Calgary Flames this Tuesday night. The two teams played earlier this year in Calgary, with the Flames winning 4-3 in a closely battled match.
It was a week that can only be categorized as strange for the Montreal Canadiens. Unfortunately for the organization, the goal drought has trickled down to Hamilton as they scored just once in each of their contests.

The Habs made a pair of roster moves on Friday. First, they claimed defenceman Jay Leach off re-entry waivers from New Jersey, then activated Alex Henry off of injured reserve and immediately placed him on waivers for demotion to Hamilton.
