On Wednesday, we took a closer look at which defencemen and goalies could be moved from the Habs and who could be targeted.
It wasn’t exactly the impact move a lot of fans were hoping for or expecting, but Habs’ GM Pierre Gauthier did make a splash early Thursday morning.
Pierre Gauthier has re-acquired veteran defenceman Paul Mara in exchange for a fifth-round pick in the 2012 draft.
