HW 3 Stars – October 2015

Given Montreal’s success in October, it should come as no surprise that there were no shortage of candidates when it came to voting for the HW 3 Stars. The Canadiens possess tremendous depth throughout the roster, and the votes paralleled this to a certain degree, as most of Montreal’s players earned at least a vote or two.

HW Recap: No Price, No Problem

The Habs didn’t have their franchise player but that didn’t slow their hot streak as the team picked up five of a possible six points. Things weren’t as solid for St. John’s though as they continued to struggle on the road.

15 Games, 15 Stats

The Habs have hit the 15-game mark of the season and find themselves comfortably atop the NHL standings, five points clear of Dallas. That’s just one of many noteworthy stats for the Canadiens so far this year.

HW Recap: More struggles in Western Canada

The road wasn’t a friendly place for both the Habs and IceCaps as each team only won one of three games away from home. Fortunately for Montreal, they also picked up a victory at the Bell Centre to end their week on a winning note which may not be good news for Alex Semin and his stay in the doghouse.
