Montreal’s offence got off to a relatively strong start to the season, averaging just under three goals per game in the first quarter of the year.
On Thursday, the Habs made a deal to change up their goaltending depth, swapping third string goaltenders with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Strengths: He does well staying square to shooters and has strong lateral quickness in the crease. He has often found a way to step up his game in clutch situations.

The Hamilton Bulldogs roster just got even weaker on Tuesday as Aaron Palushaj, who was on waivers to re-join the team after recovering from a shoulder injury, was claimed by the Colorado Avalanche.
Last season, playing at home did not provide any sort of advantage for the Habs but the same can’t be said early on this year after a perfect 3-0 week on home ice.
