Habs Trade Jeff Petry to Detroit

After spending parts of eight seasons in his first stint with Montreal, Jeff Petry’s second go-round with the team barely lasted eight days as on Tuesday, the Canadiens traded the blueliner to Detroit for defenceman Gustav Lindstrom and a 2025 fourth-round pick.
