Four current Montreal Canadiens have the honour of representing their countries in this year’s World Cup of Hockey. And of course, there is also Alexei Kovalev, who most recently played for the Habs; he is there as well.
As you are all aware of by now, Habsworld.net is indeed covering the 2004 World Cup of Hockey. We will primarily be following Team Canada and all of the Montreal Canadiens that are in the tournament.
From August 30th to September 14th, the 2004 World Cup of Hockey is set to take place in various locales worldwide. In North America, there will be games in Toronto, Montreal, and Minnesota, while Columbus and Ottawa hosted the exhibition games.
