The round robin portion of the 2014 World Juniors has come to an end with all six Hab prospects moving on to the medal round.
The Habs’ recent woes continue but they were able to squeak out a win over a pair of weekend games to keep pace in the Atlantic.
The 2014 World Juniors will be taking place from December 26th through January 5th.
It may not have been pretty but the Habs managed to pull out a pair of victories against the West before heading into an extended Christmas break to keep them in the hunt for the lead in the Atlantic.
The scoring well has dried up for the Habs as a lack of offence proved costly en route to losing three of four games this past week.

The month of November sees an almost entirely new set of prospects rise to the top in our monthly 3-Stars.
It may not have been pretty at times but the Habs had a perfect week, winning four games and are now the hottest team in the NHL.
Strengths: Loves to play a physical style and is able and willing to drop the gloves at a moments’ notice. Positional flexibility is also an asset.
