The Habs released their training camp roster on Wednesday and it’s a smaller group than usual due to extra restrictions placed by the league. Nevertheless, 42 players will attend the camp which opens up on January 3rd.
The Habs are continuing to add depth in advance of next week’s training camp as the team announced on Monday that they’ve signed winger Corey Perry to a one-year deal worth $750,000.
The 2021 World Junior Hockey Championships will run from December 25th to January 5th and while the Habs won’t have a high number of prospects participating, those that are will likely play key roles. As is our tradition, we’ll keep track of their stats here.
