Scouting Report

Strengths: Plays the enforcer role quite
well. Not afraid to mix it up and has good size.
Weaknesses: Does not hold an offensive
presence, isn’t the best skater, and receives very limited ice-time.
Projected Role: Will need to work very hard on his overall skill in order to make it in the
AHL. Likely a career enforcer at the minor levels as the role of enforcer is
slowly being eliminated at the NHL level.

Jimmy Bonneau’s most impressive stat have been his PIM. He has yet to play
in the AHL and will need to improve his game in order to make it there. In
65 games with the ECHL’s Long Beach Ice Dogs, Bonneau put up 6 points
including one goal. He was assessed 137 PIM during that span. Meanwhile, in
12 games so far with the ECHL’s Cincinnati Cyclones, Jimmy Bonneau has
scored 1 goal while collecting 33 PIM.
