HabsWorld.net --

This coming Sunday marks the beginning of this year’s free agent period.
Although the market isn’t as ripe with star players as it has been in previous
offseasons, there are still several notable names that could be finding new
homes in the next week or so.  Where will they wind up when the dust
settles?  Make your predictions in our free agency pool.

Scoring for the pool is simple.  For each correct guess, you get two
points.  If you correctly select a player to go to the Canadiens, you get a
bonus point for a total of three.  However, if you pick a player to sign
with the Habs and he has not signed with them as of 11:59 PM EST on July 31st,
you will lose a point.  (You will not lose any points for any other
incorrect answer.)  The pick deadline is 10:00 AM EST on July 1st, two
hours before free agency officially kicks off. Max one entry per person.

People who correctly guessed the re-signings of Travis Moen, Paul Gaustad, Martin Biron, and Lee Stempniak and the signing of Justin Schultz in Edmonton prior to them being announced will still receive their points.

Congratulations to Robert Lefebvre, who, with 21 points is the winner of our
pool.
