Strengths:

Cedrick has solid positioning and anticipation and dominated the ECHL with a very good Cincinnati team. A proven winner always seems to make the clutch save in big games. Has good communication skill with defense corps.

Weaknesses:

Has to make better decisions while handling the puck. Rebound control could also be better to make the jump to the NHL.
