- Did you know?
- The Habs may not have the highest payroll in the league, but they are leading all teams in the number of $5 million or higher-paid players in the NHL. No fewer than 6 players (Gomez, Cammalleri, Markov, Hamrlik, Gionta, and Plekanec) make at least $5M. The Rangers are second with 5 players in that category.

Scouting Report
Strengths: Smart player with great instincts who always seems to be in
the right position. Mike can play any forward position and has very good
hands for faceoffs and scoring goals in close. He isn't afraid to go into
traffic around the net.
|
Weaknesses: Can be streaky at times and doesn't play an overly physical
game. His game without the puck could use more work but his offence does
outweigh those concerns.
|
Projected Role: Sniper, 1st line
