HabsWorld.net --

After a surprisingly strong showing last season, the Habs look to be bringing the same relentless style of play thus far and have gotten off to decent start with a 7-4-2 record in October.

The club boasted balanced scoring, featuring a rejuvenated Jonathan Drouin alongside Max Domi and the familiar trip of Danault, Tatar, and Gallagher. So far, the powerplay appears to be much improved, though the penalty kill has struggled mightily, and the Canadiens will need to get it working if they’re going to challenge for a playoff spot this season.
